When you choose to build with ANSA Homes, we work hard to ensure you are kept informed throughout the tender process, so you have peace of mind and certainty of the end price. With ANSA Homes, you’ll never get any nasty surprises that unexpectedly push costs beyond your budget.

We are so confident and so thorough in our processes that the price you receive at tender is indeed the final tender price. While other builders may advertise a “fixed price”, at ANSA we talk “end price”. This means no additional costs once site inspections, service locations, soil tests or contour surveys have been done. The only way the price will go up or down is if you add or delete items. The ANSA Homes tender process is all about you, putting you in control - to ensure you get your tender just the way you like it.

ANSA Homes takes pride in building the type of home meant for living. From the north west to the south west of Sydney, ANSA will build a home that revolves around your lifestyle. At ANSA Homes however, we offer a hybrid model that enables new home buyers to access the best parts of boutique home building while also customising your new home to ensure it’s designed and built specifically for how you want to live. When you seek a custom builder, what you’re really seeking, is design flexibility. And that’s what ANSA Homes provides – without the costs typically associated with custom building.

We have extensive experience in working with home buyers to help them get their new home just the way they like it. Sometimes it’s changing the size of a bedroom or two. Sometimes it’s adapting the design to create a multi-generational living space, or turning the mudroom into a powder bath. Other times it’s creating additional storage space, a media room, an outdoor kitchen, a prayer room, or a third garage.
